Newport Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to provide on-site nursing and attendant care for adolescents and young adults in treatment settings. Responsibilities include health screenings, direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license in the applying state, with preferred experience in residential nursing. Strong decision-making, compassion, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to multitask

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of application.
• Residential nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
• Compassionate, patient-first mindset to deliver high-quality care.
• Cultural competency and sensitivity to patients' backgrounds and experiences.
• Capacity to multitask and stay organized under pressure or stress.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site nursing and attendant care to adolescents/young adults.
• Perform health screenings and direct nursing care; monitor chronic conditions.
• Evaluate medical concerns and relay information to NP/MD during on-site hours.
• Administer medications and manage refills.
• Adhere to policies and procedures (OSHA, HIPAA, regulations).
