Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergencies with nursing leadership support.
• Manage multiple priorities in quality and regulatory projects.
• Act as a liaison to improve bed utilization processes.
• Provide timely notification of critical events to relevant stakeholders.
• Foster strong working relationships among team members.
• Set and maintain high standards for quality and service.
• Support patient satisfaction within a patient-centered care framework.
• Collaborate with nursing and ancillary teams to meet standards.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
