Job summary

Kettering Health Soin | Beavercreek is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts to provide professional nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with the care team. This role emphasizes patient safety, advocacy, and high-quality outcomes within our community setting.

The RN will be accountable for ongoing professional development, participate in performance and practice improvement activities, and ensure care aligns with the mission and values of Kettering Health

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE).
• BSN preferred; must be completed within 5 years of hire.
• Refresher course evidence may be required for long gaps in practice.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care in collaboration with other health care providers.
• RN is accountable for professional development and practice within the scope defined by law.
• Act as a patient advocate for safe care, including delegation of care and participating in performance and practice improvement activities.
• Care delivery reflects Kettering Health Network missions, vision, values, and nursing philosophies.
