Job summary

• ACLS/NRP/PALS as determined by unit scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal scope.
• Act as patient advocate ensuring safe care, including delegation and involvement in performance improvement.
• Deliver care in alignment with Kettering Health Network missions, vision, values and nursing philosophies.
