Job summary

Kettering Health Main Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care across settings in collaboration with the health care team. The RN is responsible for professional development and practice within the defined legal scope and acts as a patient advocate to ensure safe care, including delegation and participation in performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN preferred (completed within 5 years of hire).
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as determined by unit scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide care in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal scope of care.
• Act as patient advocate to ensure safe care, including delegation and performance improvement.
• Deliver nursing care aligned with Kettering Health Network missions and nursing department guidelines.
