Job summary

Kettering Health Network is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse at its Main Campus in Kettering, OH for a full-time, night shift role. The RN will provide nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with other health care providers and will be accountable for professional development within legal scope.

Responsibilities include advocating for safe care, delegating appropriately, and participating in performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of NLN/ACEN/CCNE accredited program if new graduate.
• BSN preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire).
• A nurse returning to acute care after 5+ years may need a refresher course.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide care in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Maintains professional development and practice within legal scope.
• Advocates for safe care by delegating appropriately and participating in performance improvement.
