Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Newton-Wellesley Hospital Labor and Delivery unit. This onsite, part-time role covers weekend night shifts (Fridays and Saturdays) and focuses on high-quality patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires active RN licensure in Massachusetts, BLS, ACLS within the first year, and preferred BSN with 2+ years of experience in appropriate units.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS/ACLS required; PALS/CPI certifications may be required for certain units.
• BSN preferred;けば employed BSN encouraged.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in relevant units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain standards of care per BORN regulations and professional guidelines.
• Support weekend night schedule: 7:15 PM–7:15 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
