Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. invites experienced Registered Nurse to join our 445-bed hospital on the night shift in the Medical-Surgical unit, providing direct patient care and collaborating with the care team.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support a culture of compassionate, high-quality care. Texas RN license and BLS completion within 14 days required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s).
• Valid RN license in Texas.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
