Job summary

Mission Regional Medical Center in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, patient‑centered care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit. You will apply the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to deliver high‑quality care.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and preferably a BSN plus acute care experience; ventilator management experience is a plus. Nights shift, full‑time position with a strong team and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification (preferred).
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient/family teaching and supervise nursing staff while maintaining standards of care.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians, including monitoring results and symptoms.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and treatment response.
