Qualifications

• Current RN license for Washington State (or MLS) is required.
• BSN degree preferred; ADN may be considered with experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by department.
• Specialty area certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating nursing care.
• Deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.

Education

Registered Nurse license (WA MLS)

BSN preferred

BLS Certification

ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required
