Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS upon hire or within first year.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a patient population.
• Complete ongoing assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Develop goals with patients and families and advocate for patients.
• Administer treatments and medications and document appropriately.
• Participate in interdisciplinary evaluation of outcomes and quality improvement.
• Delegate tasks and serve as a resource for staff.
• Pursue ongoing education and specialty certifications; maintain licensure.
