Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse to join the 6 South Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit at Carolinas Medical Center: Mercy in Charlotte. This full-time night shift position offers 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inpatient nursing experience preferred.
• At least 6 months required experience outside the New Grad residency program.
• Registered Nurse license valid in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience.
• Deliver care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
