Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Day Shift Registered Nurse to join Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, IL. The RN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address medical, psychological, and social needs.

This is a full-time, day-shift role with a rotating weekend schedule (4 shifts/week: two 8-hour and two 12-hour).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) Illinois license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.
