Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate nurses for a skilled nursing facility in Virginia. The role offers full-time hours with day or night shifts (12-hour shifts) and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for night shifts.

New hires may qualify for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment plus a $10,000 stipend through the Nurses for Nursing Homes program. Active RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and 30+ hours per week with a 3-year commitment are required; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure nursing care delivery complies with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Follows health, infection control policies and maintains standards of practice.
