Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, earn an $8,000 sign-on bonus, and benefit from night shift differentials and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide reassurance, comfort, and compassionate care to residents throughout the night.
