Job summary

AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, KS, is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time night shift. You will assess patients across physiological and psychosocial domains, plan and implement care, administer medications, educate families, document thoroughly, coordinate with care teams, and participate in ongoing performance improvement.

Requirements include RN license, BLS, and 1+ year acute care experience preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $20K and shift differential apply, with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license required.
• CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
