Under supervision, RNs will perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes and smooth discharges. A strong clinical foundation and dedication to compassionate care are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Active RN license in state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred; strong clinical foundation acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe discharges.
• Mentor and onboard nursing staff and supervise LPNs/CNAs.
