TIC - The Industrial Company is hiring for a rigging-focused role involving setting up and rigging large-scale equipment, aligning machinery, and guiding loads into position on an active construction site.

The role requires reading plans, following safety procedures, and using a range of tools to ensure precise installation and lifting operations, with strong emphasis on crane signaling and load handling. Location is on-site and overtime may be required.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent with previous field experience.
Strong knowledge of rigging and crane signals; ability to read and follow plans.
Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with supervision.
Proficient in safe use of electrical, hand, power, layout and measuring tools.

Guide rigged items into position using tag lines and crane signals.
