Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Familiarity with store SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote rewards program and private label card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram adherence.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
