Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Wilmington to prepare menu items to Wonder standards, greet guests, and support both dine-in and app-based orders. You will help maintain station cleanliness, follow HACCP guidelines, and assist with marketing activities and inventory tasks.

The role offers a base pay of $17.00 per hour, with an overnight premium of $2.00/hour for late-night hours, plus opportunities to earn more as you advance toTrainer or other roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, manage portions and storage.
• Greet guests, assist with orders and payments, promote the Wonder app.
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas and restock cookware and equipment.
