You will also participate in local marketing and maintain a clean, organized workspace, with opportunities for growth into trainer and supervisor roles. The position offers full-time and part-time hours, with an overnight premium and benefits including meals, insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing food that meets Wonder standards while keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Deliver hospitality by greeting guests and assisting with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Share knowledge about our concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement, etc.).
• Keep restaurants clean and well-maintained; wash, restock, and manage equipment and trash.
