Job summary

Wonder, Hackettstown, NJ, is seeking Team Members to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean, and help guests with orders using the Wonder app.

The role offers an hourly pay of $16.50 with a $2 overnight premium; full-time and part-time opportunities; benefits include free meals, health insurance options, and 401(k). This role also offers training and opportunities to grow into Trainer and Supervisor positions.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Able to work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing food to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans and ensure accurate portions for every order.
• Deliver hospitality by greeting guests and assisting with orders, pickups, and payments.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas; assist teammates as needed.
