Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Midland Park, NJ. This role offers a base pay of $18.00 per hour with an overnight premium of $2.00/hour for eligible hours (12:00 AM–5:00 AM). Additional progression opportunities include Certified Team Member (+$0.50/hr) and Trainer (+$1.50/hr).

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with benefits and growth potential. Responsibilities include preparing menu items to Wonder standards, following HACCP guidelines, delivering hospitality to guests,

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities
