Job summary

Wonder in Jenkintown seeks a Team Member to help prepare dishes to Wonder standards, greet guests, and support meal-kit and delivery operations. Shifts mainly run late evening to early morning, with overnight premiums applying after midnight.

Base pay starts at $17.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for hours between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. There are growth paths into Trainer and Supervisor roles, plus benefits such as a free meal, insurance options, a 401(k), HSA match, and employee

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Weekend availability.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and organized, and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app, and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines.
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, restock equipment, and manage waste.
• Be a Key Part of the Team: Support teammates, stay positive, and be ready for extra duties as needed.
