Job summary

Penn State Health - St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA seeks a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor for the night shift.

You will direct hospital-wide respiratory operations, reallocate staff and resources based on census and acuity, and oversee performance management of therapists to reach outcomes. Qualifications include an associate degree in respiratory therapy, active RCP/RRT NBRC credential, PA license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, with at least two years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program with clinical experience.
• Maintains RCP or RRT credential NBRC and PA license as Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required prior to orientation.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct hospital-wide clinical respiratory operations.
• Reallocate and supervise staff and resources by census and acuity.
• Performance manage staff therapists to achieve outcomes.
