Qualifications

• Certified in basic Cardiac Life Support by AHA or equivalent.
• TN license with ABG certification or active TN work permit; license within 6 months if needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient emergencies and perform airway management.
• Monitor patients on mechanical ventilation; advise physician on changes.
• Administer medical gas therapy and perform routine/procedural tasks (intubations, arterial puncture, blood gas analysis, EKGs).
• Assist with patient transports and develop care plans to meet department goals.
• Document treatments, maintain records, and support departmental education.
