Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Texas seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide pulmonary care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients under physician supervision. Qualifications include RT/RCP licensure in the employment state, BLS, NBRC RRT certification, and current ACLS/PALS/NRP. Shift: 7PM–7AM, full-time position.

Qualifications

• RT or RCP license required in state of employment.
• BLS certification required.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification by NBRC required.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies (Code Blue/White) per policy.
• Manage ventilators and airway devices.
• Deliver aerosolized medications and monitor therapy.
• Perform oxygen delivery and therapeutic monitoring.
• Conduct chest film analysis and blood gas sampling.
• Document accurately and maintain supplies.
