Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an AMA approved 2 or 4 year Respiratory Care program and NBRC registered.
• Licensed by the State of Florida as a Respiratory Therapist in good standing (RRT/CRT).
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS and NRP within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Position maintains strong autonomy with use of protocols and is a valued member of the interdisciplinary health care team.
• Acts as a resource for staff and students.
• Provides respiratory care in accordance with LWRMC policies and procedures.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
• Other duties as assigned.
