You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor patient progress, educate families and ensure accurate documentation of therapies. This role requires NBRC licensure and BLS/ACLS credentials, with a focus on safe, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (must be licensed).
• Registered through NBRC and state licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate respiratory care in MedSurg, IMC & ICU units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
