Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist for a full-time night shift at our Mishawaka (and Plymouth) locations. You will deliver respiratory therapies, manage oxygen and aerosolized medications, and document patient progress in the medical record.

The role requires AMA-accredited training, Indiana licensure, and NBRC RRT certification, with preferred experience in Critical Care, NICU, Open Heart Recovery, and Bronchoscopy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in Indiana.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through NBRC.
• Experience in Critical Care, NICU, Open Heart Recovery and Bronchoscopy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy to stabilize, prevent or treat patient respiratory issues; operate oxygen and gas delivery devices; administer aerosolized or inhaled meds; monitor and document therapy in patient records.

Education

AMA accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Indiana state licensure as Respiratory Therapist

RRT certification (NBRC)

Experience in Critical Care/NICU/Open Heart/Bronchoscopy preferred
