Job summary

Grande Oaks is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join their team. Full-Time and PRN available for nights. Wages $40-$45/hr, 12-hour shifts, Daily Pay available, benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days.

The role provides direct respiratory care to residents and supervises daily respiratory activities, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. NBRC-registered RRT, license, and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a license/degree from an accredited program.
• Must have NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer.

Responsibilities

• Restores pulmonary function and plans prescribed therapy.
• Performs and interprets pulmonary function tests and determines treatment plans in consultation with physicians.
• Administers respiratory therapy and operates ventilators and related equipment.
• Directs treatments by aides, technicians and assistants.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts therapy as needed.
