Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for the 36-hour night shift, providing direct patient care under physician orders in a high-acuity setting. You will administer inhalation therapies, monitor ventilator parameters, and assist in critical care procedures as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy with Massachusetts licensure; RRT preferred, with BLS and ACLS current or obtainable within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts License; RRT preferred; BLS/ACLS as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in critical care.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under physician orders in critical care settings.
• Administer therapies and monitor ventilator settings.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and bedside spirometry.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in rounds and care planning.
• Document patient care activities accurately.
