Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist - Registered for the night shift at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center.

This 36-hour/week position provides direct patient care across age groups under physician orders and within licensure guidelines. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and nurses, airway management, ventilator settings, and participation in quality improvement activities.

Competenze

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts License and Certified Respiratory Therapist – Registered preferred; BLS & ACLS current; ACLS within 6 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced respiratory care environment.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care under physician orders within licensure guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to implement treatments.
• Administer medications via neb nebulizer and MDI; monitor responses.
• Assess patients, adjust care plans, and document on care plans and charts.
• Set ventilator parameters and manage noninvasive ventilation and nitric oxide as required.
