Job summary

Resolve Solutions-Diamondback is hiring Respiratory Therapists to join our clinical team in Phoenix for night shifts. This role offers a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment with opportunities to provide essential respiratory care.

Responsibilities include delivering treatments per physician orders, monitoring patient status, and documenting progress. Arizona RT license and BLS are required, ACLS preferred; prior hospital experience welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Arizona Respiratory Therapist license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Previous hospital or acute care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and interventions according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient respiratory status and report changes to the care team.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator support.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies when needed.
• Accurately document treatments and patient progress in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
