Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort is looking for a dedicated Resort Security Officer to maintain safety and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members. The role blends security duties with hospitality, requiring a visible presence, access control, emergency response, and regular safety inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year security-related experience preferred but not required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certificates preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder to incidents within security duties.
• Maintain visible security presence across resort areas.
• Control entry/exit points and monitor access.
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarm panels.
• Perform routine safety and security inspections and document findings.
• Maintain security logs, incident reports, and records.
• Assist guests and team members with security-related needs.
• Manage lost and found, key control, and attendance to incidents.
• Perform traffic control, parking enforcement and support public safety officers.
