Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort is seeking a Safety & Security Supervisor for the graveyard shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) at Branson, Missouri. The role involves directing Security Officers and enforcing corporate policies while ensuring guest safety and high service standards.

You will coordinate investigations, maintain security systems, and participate in risk management meetings. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, walk and lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand and be mobile for many hours at a time.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Security Officers.
• Supervise security officers.
• Conduct internal investigations and liaise with Law Enforcement.
• Manage safety and security programs and trainings (e.g., blood borne pathogens).
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and resort visitors.
