Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort seeks a Safety & Security Supervisor to lead Security Officers during overnight shifts in Branson, MO. You will implement security programs, supervise staff, and ensure guest safety and compliance with policies.

The role requires strong communication, incident reporting, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Prior security experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred; background checks and drug testing are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Security Officers.
• Supervise security personnel.
• Direct and/or conduct internal investigations and liaise with Law Enforcement.
• Manage government-mandated safety and security programs.
• Provide outstanding guest service and support to resort visitors.
• Interact with departments to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Maintain security systems and incident reporting documents.
• Respond to critical incidents and manage incident scene control.
