Thornapple Manor's Harvest Pointe in Hastings, MI is hiring a Resident Care Assistant for the night shift. You will provide routine daily care to residents in line with nursing, dietary, housekeeping and laundry procedures under supervision.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, medication support, and helping residents with daily living activities. Requires a high school education or equivalent; we offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A high school education or equivalent is desired.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must possess leadership ability and willingness to supervise other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Administrative: identify residents before treatments, record information with approved abbreviations, and keep care records.
• Resident Nursing Care: provide resident care per the care plan and assist with ADLs.
• Dietary: assist residents in dining and prep food as requested.
• Housekeeping & Laundry: clean living areas and complete laundry services.
• Personal & Safety: follow policies, report safety hazards, and participate in in-service training.
