Job summary
Cohen Florence Estates is seeking a Resident Care Assistant for the overnight shift 11:00PM–6:00AM. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring health needs, and supporting licensed nurses to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications
- Must have MA CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding; promote dignity and independence.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls.
- Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols and responding to call lights to ensure comfort and safety.
