Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will deliver personalized care to residents in a warm, home‑like environment, assisting with activities of daily living and documenting changes for the care team.

The role includes night shifts (11pm–7am) on an alternating weekend schedule, with opportunities for training and growth within a supportive, resident‑centered culture. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
