Job summary

The Lev at Town Park in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time overnight shift from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

You will deliver quality daily nursing care under supervision, following facility policies and nursing judgment. Responsibilities include assisting residents with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and vital signs; restocking rooms; documenting care; and maintaining infection control and privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification in the state required.
• 2 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Computer literacy with Outlook and Office required.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision, following policies and nursing judgment.
• Assist with resident care tasks including bathing, mobility, dressing, meals, and vital signs.
• Document tasks and care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain infection control practices and privacy.
• Report observations to the nursing supervisor and/or Administrator as needed.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with other resident services.
