Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a Registered Nurse I for South Hospital in Oklahoma. This direct hire role is night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and requires 1–2 years of direct nursing experience.

You will apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with hospital standards and unit policies. Two positions are available with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if eligible, plus opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patient

Qualifications

• 0-6 months related nursing experience.
• Knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
• Detail-oriented as required in examination of clinical and numerical data.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess and care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with consideration for age, culture, and psychosocial factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process.
• Addresses problems and progress toward goals using proper medical terminology.
• Facilitates patient discharge with timely referrals and patient education resources.
