Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a Registered Nurse I for night shift in Tulsa, OK. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, using the nursing process per hospital standards and unit policies. Strong teamwork and communication are essential as you work with colleagues across disciplines.

Minimum 6–12 months RN experience required; ER experience preferred. A relocation bonus is available for eligible candidates with at least 1 year of experience and a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Six to twelve months RN experience required.
• Knowledge of disease state management, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Detail-oriented in examining clinical and numerical data.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assess, organize, and complete patient care with consideration for patient age, culture, and psychosocial factors.
• Document steps of the nursing process using proper medical terminology.
• Address problems and progress toward goals.
• Facilitate patient discharge through referrals and education resources.
• Collaborate with other disciplines as appropriate.
• Support unit/hospital goals through PI and education by attending in-services and completing variance reports.
• Exercise independent judgment in planning sequence and making minor decisions in a complex field.
• Work directly with patients and/or customers.
• Engage with internal customers via telephone or face-to-face interaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff.
