Job summary

Avem Health Partners is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a night shift position at Stroud Hospital in Stroud, OK 74079. This full-time role requires a 2-year degree and current Oklahoma RN licensure, with BLS and ACLS readiness.

Two years of clinical experience is preferred, with responsibilities spanning assessment, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current RN license issued by the State of Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Current ACLS (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the assessment of the patient.
• Participates in the development and modification of the plan of care.
• Implements the appropriate aspects of the patient plan of care.
• Delivers safe and effective nursing care.
• Administers medications as per facility policies and procedures.
• Communicates with healthcare team and maintains proper documentation.
• Responds to emergencies and ensures patient safety.
