Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care.
• Documents steps of the nursing process and uses proper medical terminology.
• Facilitates discharge planning and patient education as appropriate.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and participates in unit/PI activities.
