Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Acute Telemetry unit. This part-time night position runs 7:00pm–7:30am with 12-hour shifts.

A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with eligibility and payout terms discussed during interviews. The RN will provide safe patient care using the nursing process, deliver direct patient care, and supervise patient/family teaching while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current and valid State RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide direct patient care and guide patient/family teaching while maintaining standards of care.
• Communicate clinical changes with physicians, monitor hemodynamics, and ensure patient privacy.
