Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Rescue team. This full-time role covers 7p–7a in the Lakeview neighborhood, with a 36-hour work week and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, IL RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 3 months. ED/ICU experience is necessary; CEN/CCRN is preferred. Join a Magnet-designated hospital known for compassionate care and safety.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Illinois.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years ED or ICU RN experience.
• CEN or CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
