Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license (state or compact).
• BLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform the Nursing Process and provide individualized, evidence-based care.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
• Monitor and assess patients; respond to emergencies with clinical judgment.
• Titrate medications and manage ventilators or respiratory support as needed.
• Document timely and accurately per policies and standards.
• Mentor other staff and promote evidence-based practice within the team.
