Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia seeks an RN Clinical Nurse for night shift to deliver individualized patient care in a high-acuity setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team under nurse managers and Wellstar governance to uphold safe, evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

You will assess and monitor patients, perform bedside procedures, and participate in performance improvement while upholding state nursing standards and hospital policies.

Formación

• RN with an associate degree or diploma in nursing and an active license.
• Current BLS certification required; multi-state compact RN license preferred.
• BSN degree preferred but not required for all candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized, high-quality patient care in a busy clinical setting.
• Perform frequent assessments, monitor vitals, and respond to changes in condition.
• Operate ventilators and manage respiratory support under physician direction.
• Perform bedside procedures and participate in code and PALS protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
