Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is required for every RN unless ACLS is current, in addition to unit-specific certifications and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process for delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessment/reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develop and coordinate individual plan of care including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care within assigned setting.
• Delegate appropriately to others per job description and competency level.
